With Thanksgiving and all the holiday parties looming, we are going to need this. Great season but lots of eating!
With the Holidays coming it is extremely important to focus on healthy eating habits.
Let’s have fun and stay focused on the results on our bodies and minds.
The Fit and Festive challenge is sorely needed during the holidays. I plan on running a few miles almost every day during this challenge. I don’t intend to skip the pumpkin pie, so the running will help me to remain “Fit and Festive!”
I think the Fit and Festive challenge is a wonderful way to stay healthy during the holidays. I know I’m not planning on cutting back on any food, so the extra effort to exercise certainly will help!
It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve been trying to stay Fit and Festive for the holidays.
