Respect Your Data!
If you are not a regular visitor on the new mySelfService employee platform you could be missing out on your own important information. Once logged in with your universal ID, password and self service key, the revamped HR portal houses your personalized profile, your benefits summary, and record of your time off and time off requests. It is important that your information is up to date and accurate. Here are some reasons why:
- What if there was an emergency and we needed to contact one of your designated emergency contacts and their cell number was dated?
- What if Northwell Health was trying to mail important tax documents to your home and you forgot to update your address after your recent move?
- What if your paycheck was going to the incorrect bank account?
- What if you were not getting credit for your Wellness Actions?
- What if your title is incorrect?
In addition to the obvious benefit to you, keep in mind Northwell Health is legally responsible to provide and protect all employees with “Data Integrity”. So respect your data and take a peek now!
Oh and don’t forget, Northwell.edu/mySelfService is mobile friendly and available through the employee app.
New Feature in mySelfService
Just in time for upcoming Mandatories, now you can view your Compliance Information when logged in to mySelfService. Check to see if you are compliant with the following: Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Madatory Topics, TB Screening, and Flu.
